Skydive Colorado Springs is Colorado's premier drop zone, located in beautiful Penrose just outside Canyon City—a short scenic drive from Colorado Springs. Positioned between the plains of Pikes Peak and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the dropzone offers breathtaking views over iconic Colorado landscapes including Pikes Peak, The Royal George, Canyon City, and the notorious Florence Supermax Prison, all within minutes of the aircraft.

The operation is based at Fremont County Airport in Penrose (60298 US-50 Annex 2, Penrose CO 81240) and operates primarily from Thursday through Sunday, 8am–2pm. The dropzone operates with 100SD Cessna 182C and S143D Cessna 182 aircraft, serving skydivers across a wide region including Denver, Cañon City, Castle Rock, Pueblo, Vail, Aspen, Limon, and as far as Amarillo, Texas.

Skydive Colorado Springs caters to all experience levels. For beginners and those looking to learn, the facility offers comprehensive AFF (Accelerated Freefall) and IAD (Instructor-Assisted Deployment) training programs leading to A-License certification. Tandem skydiving is available for those wanting an introduction without committing to training. Experienced jumpers can enjoy recreational skydiving, and the dropzone also offers tandem training for those interested in becoming instructors.

The facility's amenities include equipment rentals and sales, packing services, rigging services, videography, and WiFi.
